My Dieting Program

Well, after being metamophosed into a hippopotamus by the viture of married man from a hunky handsome, a thought stike of getting back to life the very same day i tore one of my trousers button in effort of getting into it. One more time, the old wisdom proved to be accurate, "Easier said than done!"

But this time, I said to myself, Enough is Enough... So i started my routine to get back into shape (and to save the cost of buying new attires to look civilised). Initially, I thought of having ideal life style and ideal food habit which after reasoning find it impractical to be followed. So I came up finally with this

1> Breakfast, very important meal of the day, do not ignore it for anything. I have decided not to skip but to change it. Oatmeal, or corn flakes with milk. once in a week anything of your choice but not oily.
2> Have your lunch whatever you want to have but try to have salad before food so you do not over eat.
3> Evening excercise with minimum 30 miniutes of cardio exercise.
4> Here comes the best part... supper... well, if you can live without having it.. great... if you can not, then have ONLY either salad or fruits or one coarse meal (jwar, bazara) chapati.
5> Avoid any oily food (samosa, namkeen, biscuit, cold-drinks)
6> No sweets (can have jaggary)

I have lost 4 kilos in 2 weeks time which was incredible. I am pushing myself to continue with same routine but unluckily the unavailability of gym put damper on my program so in next 2 weeks i have lost only one kilo.

One tip to avoid eating unhealthy food - do not test your will. Do not keep these stuff in your house. Do not have cold-drinks, sweets, or any other thing in your house. If you are really really tempted to eat go to the shop, eat in moderate quantity and come back home empty handed.
